Welcome to our Bend City View Neighborhood, located on Awbrey Butte in West Bend. Our community is made up of over 60 homes nestled on ample lots with stunning views of downtown Bend and the mountains. We share our environment with native agriculture and wildlife, including deer, wild turkey, marmots, quail, and a variety of birds, large and small. Occasionally, there may even be a fox or coyote spotted. We are a thriving community experiencing the beauty of Bend firsthand.

Personal Approach
to HOA Management
We are an active board made up of caring neighbors
Our board meets monthly to discuss various management matters affecting our community. We oversee the maintenance of the tennis and pickelball courts, common areas, mailboxes, and entry points. Additionally, we conduct architectural reviews and respond to homeowner and neighborhood concerns. Our focus is on being fiscally responsible while enhancing our community through increased communication and social connections.
